Contractor terms: pricing and charges
Mendnex is currently free for contractors during the launch period. This page explains, in plain English, how that could change and how you're protected if it does.
1. Contractor access is currently free
There is currently no charge for contractors to join Mendnex, create a listing, receive job opportunities or respond to them. This applies during the current launch period.
2. We may introduce charges in future
Mendnex may in future introduce paid plans, optional paid features, fees for certain services (for example, fees linked to jobs won through Mendnex) or other charges. Free access during the launch period is not a promise that Mendnex will stay free permanently.
3. You'll be told clearly and in advance
If we introduce any charge that affects contractors, we'll tell you clearly before it starts — by email to your account address and in your Mendnex dashboard — explaining what it covers and how much it costs.
4. You're never charged without agreeing
No contractor will be charged for anything without first being shown the applicable price and agreeing to the paid service. We won't take payment from you automatically because a new charge has been introduced.
5. You can choose not to use paid services
If you don't want to pay for a new paid service, you can stop using it, carry on with anything that remains free, or close your account. You won't be unexpectedly bound to a new charge.
